What should I do if the device doesn’t fire?

  1. Please ensure the fire button is not stuck.
  2. Confirm that the pod is properly installed.
  3. Inspect the pod and device electrodes for any dirt or grime.
  4. Conduct a charging test to determine if the battery is depleted.
  5. Consult your device's user manual. Check the LED indicator for issues like a short circuit, low power, or a disconnected coil. Then, revisit steps 1-4 accordingly.
  6. If the device was dropped or exposed to water, it may have damaged internal components, resulting in a failure to power on.

What should I do if the device can’t be charged?

  1. Verify if the charger is functioning correctly. If the charger malfunctions or fails to output a 5V voltage, it might prevent the device from charging.
  2. Examine the charging cable for any issues or dirt in the USB port. Try using a different cable for testing purposes.
  3. Monitor the LED indicator on the device while charging and consult the User Manual for guidance on its behavior.
  4. Leaving the device uncharged for an extended period or at a low battery state might lead to over-discharging and battery damage. If the battery remains unresponsive after 10-15 minutes of charging, disconnect the charging cable.
  5. Use the recommended adaptor and charging cable from a reputable company when charging the device.

What should I do if it tastes burnt?

Install a new pod or coil, and it's advisable to discontinue using the current one.

Commonly, four issues result in a burnt taste from the coil:

  1. The pod/coil has reached the end of its lifespan.
  2. Incorrect usage and dry burning can lead to coil burning. For instance, using the liquid until it's completely depleted and continuing to vape might cause burning.
  3. Thicker e-liquids (higher VG) may result in coil burning. Consider switching to a thinner e-liquid as an alternative.
  4. To prevent burning, ensure proper priming of the coil before using the device. Allow approximately 5 minutes for saturation before vaping.

What should I do if there is a spitting back?

  1. Ensure that the drip tip cap, filler plug, and coil are properly installed. Check for any damage or displacement of the silicone ring on the filler plug and coil.
  2. After filling the e-liquid, promptly close the drip tip cap or filler plug. Overfilling the tank can result in e-liquid overflow.
  3. If experiencing spitting back, we recommend shaking off condensation in the chimney by gently tapping the drip tip and then resuming use.
  4. Use the recommended wattage to fully vaporize the coil. Incorrect wattage settings may lead to e-liquid entering the mouth.

What should I do if the flavour is very weak?

  1. Verify if the LED indicator on the device is displaying a red light or flashing 3 to 5 times. This indicates a critically low battery that requires immediate charging.
  2. If the current e-liquid flavor seems weak, consider experimenting with a different e-liquid for an enhanced taste experience.
  3. Prolonged storage of filled e-liquid in the pod might result in a decline in flavor quality, especially during the initial puffs after a long period. We recommend replacing both the e-liquid and the pod in such cases.

How to clean a vape tank?

  1. Please verify if the device's LED indicator is displaying a red light or flashing either 3 or 5 times, indicating a low battery that needs prompt charging.
  2. If the current e-liquid flavour seems weak, consider trying a different one for a more satisfying experience.
  3. Extended periods of the e-liquid sitting in the pod without use could affect its flavour, especially in the initial puffs. It's advisable to swap both the e-liquid and the pod in such cases.

What should I do if the tank keeps leaking?

  1. Using e-liquid with a VG/PG ratio of less than 60/40 may cause some coils to leak.
  2. Ensure the tank's top cap is securely installed after filling it with e-liquid to prevent excessive air from entering, which can cause leaks.
  3. Check that the coil is properly installed and that the tank and coil's sealing O-rings are intact, not displaced, broken, or missing.
    Leaving the tank unused for over 3 days after filling it with e-liquid can lead to leaks.
  4. Avoid exposing the device to high temperatures or direct sunlight, as this can also cause leaks.
  5. Using the device in an airplane or in environments with negative pressure is not recommended due to potential differences in internal and external pressure that could lead to tank leakage.
  6. Lastly, be cautious to prevent dropping the tank, as it can easily result in leaks.

How to store the device when not using it for a long time?

If you plan to store the tank for an extended period, please follow these steps:

  1. Clean out the e-liquid from the tank.
  2. Charge a device with a built-in battery to over 80% power and switch it off.
  3. After cleaning and drying the tank, store both the tank and device separately in sealed, airtight bags.

What should I do if the tank is too hot?

  1. Please adjust the output power downward as needed.
  2. Try to refrain from continuous vaping.
  3. To prevent heat buildup, avoid obstructing the tank's drip tip with your lips or tongue and dissipate any heat promptly.
  4. For sub-ohm tanks designed for direct-to-lung vaping, take deep draws directly into your lungs to regulate the airflow and prevent the tank from reaching high temperatures.

What should I do if my device displays "Check Atomizer" or "Short Atomizer "?

  1. Ensure the 510 pins on both the atomizer and the device are free from any dirt or residue, and maintain them in a dry, clean state.
  2. Try replacing the atomizer or the coil within it to troubleshoot any potential device issues.
  3. Double-check that the atomizer or coil is properly installed.
  4. Attempt a device restart.
  5. Abnormalities in the system's functioning might stem from internal damage to components or the circuit board due to water ingress, leakage, or accidental drops.

What should I do if my device displays "low battery"?

  1. When the battery's capacity falls too low to maintain the device's normal working voltage, it's advisable to recharge it, typically for around 1.5 hours, which is a standard procedure.
  2. A "LOW BATTERY" warning may appear under low-voltage conditions, serving to preserve the battery's lifespan.
  3. Should charging not resolve any issues, try restarting the device.
    For high-powered usage, ensure the battery is a high-rate one, as an insufficient rating can lead to low power output.
  4. Abnormal system behaviour might stem from internal damage caused by water ingress, leaks, or accidental drops affecting internal components or the circuit board.
  5. During extended periods of non-use, power off the device and consider charging it at least once a month.

Batteries warning:

  1. Ensure the battery remains intact and is fully covered.
  2. Maintain your vaping devices by selecting suitable batteries. For dual-battery devices, it's advised to purchase and utilise batteries from the same brand, obtained from authorised vaping or online stores.
  3. Avoid leaving batteries charging without supervision.
  4. Prevent excessive draining of your batteries.
  5. Steer clear of extreme temperatures and employ paired (married) batteries.

What should I do when my device can’t be turned on?

  1. Wipe the +/- terminals of the mod and each battery using a dry, soft paper to prevent poor connections between the device and the battery.
  2. Conduct a charging test to determine if the device fails to power on due to a depleted battery.
  3. If the device remains unresponsive, it might be due to damaged or inadequately charged batteries. Consider using new, authentic batteries from the same brand.
  4. Damage to internal components caused by water ingress or accidental drops can lead to the device failing to power on.

Attention for the device

  1. Avoid contact with flammable or explosive materials.
  2. Keep the product away from water or any liquids.
  3. Avoid storing the product with hard objects to prevent scratches.
  4. Do not disassemble the product without proper authorization.

We completely get it, we change our minds too! While we wish could, once an order is placed, we are unable to alter or cancel it at this time. We hope to have a cancellation window one day in the future.

We currently ship to the United States, Canada, Australia and the UK. To enquire about shipping to a different destination, please contact us.

How long will it take to receive my order?

Standard shipping normally takes 3-5 days. Next day shipping is available on all domestic orders (for an additional charge). International shipping times depend on the products and destination (estimated at checkout).

Returns and Refunds

How do I return a product?

Items must be returned within 30 days after receiving your order. Items must be returned in the same condition in which they were received, be unworn/unused, have any tags still attached, and include all the original packaging.

How long will it take to receive my refund?

Refunds are processed within 7 days from when we receive the item(s).
